Executive Chef Eric Litaker
Born and raised in Charlotte. Chef Eric's first cooking experience was at the side of his mother making pasta. He started working in a professional kitchen washing dishes for his uncle at the age of fourteen and has been immersed in restaurants ever since. He's a graduate of the School of hard knocks you could say. Eric has a passion for simple, creative dishes full of flavors.
